Our design process involves communication between the architect and the site manager for each project, where construction details and costs are considered to eliminate surprises during construction. Where technical inquiries during construction may create delays under design-bid-build as well as design-build agreements, we are able to move the project along through constant communication. Where clients may present possible changes, our team is able to address design, detail and cost simultaneously, therefore further avoiding delays that could take weeks. The client, architect and builder all participate in developing the entire project budget. The process is efficient, productive, and costs are minimized.

Project schedule can be established upfront early in the process. A start date, and most importantly an end date can be firmly established and met.

When one dedicated, experienced professional is fully responsible for all aspects of a project from design to completion, the process flows smoothly. There is no "finger pointing" between the architect and the builder as we are the same company. We eliminate miscommunication and wasted time.
