HANS KRETSCHMAN (PRINCIPAL & CO-FOUNDER), is a seasoned real estate owner and developer with over 25 years of experience. Through a network of owned companies, PH Properties Group owns, renovates, restores, manages, markets and sells properties including hotels, condominiums, townhouses, brownstones, co-ops, multi-family and single family homes in and around Monmouth New Jersey and NYC. Hans has earned two BA, two MBAs, and has completed all PHD course work. He has also achieved his CFA and CFP designations. With his education, and experience in business and banking at major financial institutions in Manhattan, he offers his corporate knowledge, and real estate experience, as a strategic guide to navigate the company's success. Hans, and his wife Paulette, are parents of four boys.
