JOSEPH L. WALKER III (PRINCIPAL / ARCHITECT), began his architectural career in 1998 and has managed architectural projects of various sizes since 2000. Since his start, he has been closely involved with construction and has a proud history of carrying projects through to completion. With a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor Degree in Arts & Sciences from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, his years of experience in the business of serving clients comes natural in both Architecture and Construction. His project experience involves residential (both single-family and multi-family), commercial, mixed-use, urban design and development. Joseph has tremendous experience with Historic Preservation, working in the Historic District of Ocean Grove, and has maintained success in his involvement pursuing approvals from Planning and Zoning Boards on various projects. Joseph, and his wife Dana, having strong roots in Monmouth County and surrounding areas are parents of three children.
