PAUL ELYSEEV (SITE MANAGER), has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of homebuilding in Monmouth County, especially in the historic district of Ocean Grove. In his role as Site Manager he is a strong and experienced team leader with an eye for detail. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to the company since he started in 2010. He is also a world renowned NJ shore glass blowing artist, and a six time national rowing champion. Paul lives with his wife Julie, and their son, in Ocean Grove.
